I don’t know what to say about myself because I don’t know how much anyone wants to know about me. About my graphic design background, I guess the following paragraphs are as good as I can do.
I’m a Graphic Designer. I have been drawing and creating art since I was in elementary school. In middle school and high school, I further developed my talent in my schools SCPA program (School of Creative and Performing Arts) where I was able to learn different techniques, styles and history of art for two hours a day. In college, I took a break from art for a while until I was the Editor for the sports section of the school news paper (Southwestern College Sun.) From there I went to a trade school to learn how to use Photoshop, Illustrator and other design programs to translate my art into functioning Design.
During school I started working as the graphic designer for a small non-profit organization mostly putting together their monthly newsletter. From college and into my work on the newsletter I won a few awards, some more deserved than others. For the awards I won I could not have done it without a lot of help from too many people to name.
